Upcoming Projects:
In this
digital, multi-media age, the biggest bang for the buck might
be a highway billboard.
In February this year, some businessmen in Minnisota spent a few
hundred dollars to put up a billboard with a picture of George Bush
captioned: "Miss Me Yet". News of
the billboard was carried around the world by every media outlet.
How many
millions of dollars would it have cost, if those businessmen bought
air-time and
column-inches instead? What's the  effectiveness multiplier for
that investment?
Our plan: place the first billboard on the Interstate near Orlando so
families from all over America vactioning to Disney World will see
it. Imagine parents, driving for hours, having to explain to
their children asking from the back seat: "Daddy, What's Progressive
Mind Cancer".
The second billboard will be placed on the I-10, in or near Phoenix
Arizona. Hopefully in time to make a difference before the August 24th
Republican primary. The
simple message could be: "Please
Don't Vote for a Politician Who Has Mind Cancer ! "
But finding a cure for this debilitating disease will not be easy, and
it won't be cheap. To get our message out to the general public, we
need to hire the
finest public relations stratigerists. Direct-mail, billboards, newspaper, radio, TV
advertisements cost money. We
need to get paid celebrity endorsements (because people listen to celebrities and think they're experts). And a 60-second advert on the
Superbowl is just prohibitively expensive, for now.
